Acquisition of Smartec Group by Comdat Xeroprint - Formation of a printing and document management solution powerhouse
Comdat Xeroprint has acquired Smartec Group ("Smartec"), both being leading Xerox concessionaires providing printing and document management solutions to Swiss companies across all industries.
Both companies have been built up by entrepreneurs successfully operating their businesses for decades. By now, the joint group, which will be run under the Smartec brand, has become an undisputed powerhouse in its field. For the previous Smartec owner, an ideal succession plan could be implemented, whereas business continuation is guaranteed, and financial interests are aligned.
