Pearl Water Group acquires Labtec Services
Labtec Services AG (“Labtec”) is a leading Swiss company in the field of ultrapure water solutions with a high level of expertise and many years of experience. Its proven products and services are mainly used in the production of ultrapure water for laboratories or for industrial applications.
Pearl Water Group and its subsidiaries Rheno AG and Kaufmann Umwelttechnik GmbH are leading providers of water treatment solutions to a broad customer base in Switzerland and around the world. Their products and services are widely used for the treatment and processing of bathing, drinking, waste as well as industrial water.
Through the acquisition of Labtec, Pearl Water Group ideally complements its existing water treatment activities, taking another step towards the realisation of its growth strategy to become the leading full-service provider for all aspects of water treatment.
From now on, Labtec will operate under the new name "Rheno Purewater AG" and its customer base will benefit from the extended competence and service offering resulting from the integration into the Pearl Water Group.
