Spital Bülach AG: Secured financing of the new replacement building
Spital Bülach AG («Spital Bülach») is the main hospital in the area of the Zürcher Unterland with medical activities in all fields. Spital Bülach with its 1’200 employees has a need for renewal in the area of core medical functions and is planning the replacement as well as renovation of existing buildings on the current hospital site. The financing of the approximately CHF 180 million investment has been successfully secured to a large part through a mortgage credit line with the Zürcher Kantonalbank.
Wineus has advised Spital Bülach during the entire financing process including the preparation of the business plan, the negotiations with several banks and the finalisation of all credit documents.
