Wineus advised Swiss Hotel Properties SA on a mortgage refinancing of CHF 40m
Wineus successfully advised Swiss Hotel Properties SA (SHP), a hotel infrastructure company based in Switzerland, on a CHF 40 million mortgage refinancing of the hotel La Réserve Eden au Lac.
The refinancing followed the increase in value of the property after the complete interior and exterior renovation under the direction of world-renowned design studio Philippe Starck and the record 2022 financial year for the 43-room hotel situated on the shores of Lake Zurich.
Wineus managed the entire refinancing process from the preparation of the financing request and necessary information, over the negotiation to the closing of loan agreement on behalf of SHP.
