Wineus supported Treureva AG with the merger with Avanta AG
Treureva AG (Treureva), a leading service provider specialized in accounting, audit, HR, tax, legal and insurance, joins forces with Avanta AG (Avanta).
Avanta is an established fiduciary company with around 40 employees and offices in Zug and Zurich operating in the same business areas as Treureva.
The merger will enable the combined group with around 100 employees to further develop its locations in Zurich and Zug, to strengthen all business areas with additional specialist staff and consequently to respond even more professionally to client needs.
The current owners of Avanta will remain on board and become shareholders of Treureva. Together, the group will continue its highly successful growth path.
