AEVIS VICTORIA SA acquired Hotel Schweizerhof in Zermatt
AEVIS VICTORIA SA (“AEVIS”), an investment company focusing on healthcare, hospitality & lifestyle and infrastructure, has further strengthened its footprint in the Zermatt hotel market acquiring both the operations and the real estate of Hotel Schweizerhof**** in Zermatt, a luxury hotel which has recently been fully renovated.
Hotel Schweizerhof is ideally located in the center of Zermatt and offers 95 rooms, three restaurants as well as a generous spa area. AEVIS now operates 300 rooms across four luxury hotels in Zermatt. The acquisition brings additional synergies into the group’s hotel activities and is part of the AEVIS integration strategy under the Michel Reybier Hospitality banner.
