SwissMonitor and Terradata embark into a joint future
The Geo-monitoring and surveying division of BSF Swissphoto AG ("BSF Swissphoto"), known under the brand “SwissMonitor”, and Terradata AG ("Terradata"), a company covering a wide range of measurement and engineering services, are merging.
Both entities are convinced that Geo-monitoring services in the light of climate change and ever more dense construction will become increasingly important in the future. By now, they are already a leading provider in Switzerland serving a broad range of public and private sector clients such as SBB and some of the biggest ski resorts. However, the clear goal is to become a key player in the DACH region.
Wineus has assisted the shareholders of BSF Swissphoto in identifying suitable growth partners and subsequently orchestrated the spin-off process into Terradata.
