Wineus acts as sole intermediary in the sale of VERIT Immobilien AG to Avobis Group AG
Wineus has successfully advised the shareholders of VERIT Immobilien AG (“VERIT”) and Avobis Group AG (“Avobis”) on their combination and joint future path.
VERIT, whose origins date back to 1945, is a leading Swiss real estate service provider with a network of ten locations and over 150 employees.
Avobis is one of the largest independent managers of mortgages and real estate in Switzerland and a pioneer in the field of data-based solutions. “This combination enables us to offer all real estate services as a one-stop shop”, says Thomas Abegg, founder and Chairman of the Board of Avobis.
“With Avobis as its new owner, VERIT has a position of strength and great potential for continuous development. These two companies complement one another ideally, both in terms of their business areas and their entrepreneurial approach”, comments Othmar Stöckli, Chairman of the Board of VERIT.
Avobis is taking over all of VERIT’s locations and employees and will continue VERIT’s business under the existing name.
