Wineus has successfully advised the shareholders of André Koch AG (“André Koch”) on creating an optimal succession solution by facilitating the sale of the majority of the shares of André Koch AG to a group of Swiss entrepreneurs.
Originally founded by Mr André Koch to import car refinish paints, the company has developed into a full-service provider of paints, products, services, and education offerings with a unique partner network to support Switzerland’s car repair industry.
