Wineus successfully advised the owners of Bärenzaun on the sale of its business to Zaunteam
Bärenzaun, an established fence building company, from the Canton of Glarus, is now part of the Zaunteam Franchise AG. The latter has taken over all business activities of Bärenzaun AG in July 2024.
With more than 100 locations, Zaunteam operates a comprehensive network in the DACH region. Bärenzaun will continue to operate under its well-recognized brand name. Going forward, the previous owner of Bärenzaun, B+G Schweiz AG, a leading Swiss gardening and landscaping company backed by Patrimonium and ESG Beteiligungen, will focus on its core business.
Wineus acted as lead advisor for the owner of Bärenzaun AG, covering the entire sales process where several interested parties were involved.
