Wineus is an entrepreneur-led advisory and investment company with offices in Lausanne, Zug and Zurich. Since 2008, we have been supporting entrepreneurs and companies ranging from SMEs to large corporations in all matters relating to investments, shareholdings, corporate transactions (M&A), financing and other corporate finance issues on a partnership basis.
Under the name Wineus Capital, we specialise in the structuring, implementation and active management of corporate investments. Within Wineus Advisory, we provide advisory services focussing on M&A, financing and other corporate finance services.
Our team comprises over 20 employees and numerous specialised freelancers with proven expertise in the areas of investments, transactions, corporate finance, financing, valuations and general financial advice. Together, we have completed several hundred transactions, carried out company analyses and valuations and made investments in companies.
