Our investment philosophy is characterised by an active and committed support for investments. We do this by actively participating in the Board of Directors of portfolio companies and providing intensive support to the respective management teams in strategic, operational, and financial matters.

We holistically support companies on behalf of the investors we represent, or on your behalf, in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that are in line with the defined investment vision. Our aim is to collaboratively seek new investment opportunities with the management teams to identify and capitalise on attractive growth opportunities creating long-term value for our investors.
We also support companies in building strategically sensible corporate groups with an industrial logic. This is achieved through organic growth initiatives as well as dedicated acquisitions and mergers with companies that fit in well with the long-term vision of the core group. This dedicated consolidation makes it possible to utilise synergies, sustainably strengthen the competitive position of our companies and create operational excellence.
