AEVIS VICTORIA SA has acquired both the operations and the real estate of Hotel InterContinental in Davos
AEVIS VICTORIA SA (“AEVIS VICTORIA”) has acquired the InterContinental building in Davos from Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Hospitality (CS REF Hospitality).
As of 1st January 2020, the building with the distinct shape is included in the existing hotel infrastructure portfolio of Swiss Hotel Properties SA (“SHP”), AEVIS VICTORIA’s subsidiary dedicated to hotel infrastructures. The acquisition increases the value of SHP's hotel portfolio to close to CHF 300m. AEVIS VICTORIA also acquired 100% of the operating company of the InterContinental Hotel in Davos. The InterContinental Hotel in Davos is a 5-star luxury hotel with 216 spacious rooms. It is considered one of the main hotels for the annual World Economic Forum, thus complementing its diverse mix of holiday guests with business clients. The hotel will be integrated into the Victoria-Jungfrau Collection, the hotel segment of AEVIS VICTORIA.
