Successful sale of Dentalpoint AG
Dentalpoint AG ("Dentalpoint"), a leading manufacturer and supplier in the field of metal-free, two-piece ceramic implants with an innovative product platform, joins forces with the industry leading CeramTec Group (“CeramTec”), a supplier of advanced ceramics for use in a wide area of applications with a product portfolio of over 10’000 different products.
Wineus Capital, the private equity division of Wineus AG, sells its managed minority participation in Dentalpoint AG together with the other private shareholders to CeramTec. Wineus Capital represented a number of minority shareholders and in addition acted as the exclusive lead advisor for all selling shareholders in the transaction.
For more than 10 years, considerable resources of Wineus have been invested into supporting Dentalpoint’s operations as well as growth and expansion strategies in addition to the financial management of the business.
Wineus Capital is convinced that the combination of the two companies creates a powerhouse in ceramic implants with mutually beneficial synergies.
