Treureva AG (Treureva), a leading accounting, audit and tax advisory company in Switzerland extends its service offering with the acquisition of Integralis Personal TreuhandAG (Integralis).
Integralis, founded in 2006, provides its clients highly professional integrated HR services over the entire life cycle of an employee including personal insurances. With the acquisition, Treureva extends its service offering by integrated HR solutions and responds to the market needs of its clients to get all professional services from a single source. The former owner of Integralis, Mr Manuel Wiederkehr, will stay on board and will become a shareholder of Treureva and will run the HR division. With joint forces, the Treureva Group will continue its successful growth path. Wineus has successfully managed the entire acquisition process on behalf of Treureva.
