AEVIS VICTORIA SA («AEVIS VICTORIA») sold a 10% minority share of Swiss Medical Network, the second-largest private group of hospitals in Switzerland, to Medical Properties Trust, Inc. («MPT»).
The transaction marks an important milestone in AEVIS’ strategy and confirms the significant value creation achieved since Swiss Medical Network was founded in 2002.
