Wineus acted as sell-side adviser to the shareholders of Apo Doc Hardbrücke AG who sold the company to the publicly listed pharma group Galenica AG
The leading fully-integrated healthcare provider Galencia AG (Galenica) acquired Apo Doc Hardbrücke AG (Apo Doc), a health center consisting of a pharmacy, medical group practices and a café, from a group of private individuals.
Since 2015, Apo Doc has bundled medical and pharmaceutical services under one roof, providing customers a complementary offer in one location in the middle of Zurich. With the acquisition of this unique concept, Galenica gains a stronger market position by growing their profile of pharmacies and further developing their Product & Care segment. Maria Hitziger, the co-founder of ApoDoc alongside Dr. Jürg Müller-Schoop, will continue to stay with Apo Doc and further develop the activities of Apo Doc into the future.
Wineus has successfully managed the entire sell-side process on behalf of the shareholders of Apo Doc.
