Wineus advised Swiss Medical Network as buy-side adviser on the acquisition of Xundheitszentrum
Swiss Medical Network, Switzerland’s second-largest private hospital group, extends its collaboration with Ärztekasse Genossenschaft (Ärztekasse) with the integration of Xundheitszentrum.
Ärztekasse offers, under the brand “Xundheitszentrum”, general medicine, pediatric and adolescent medicine as well as gynecology ensuring competent care for all age groups. For 10 years, Ärztekasse has been running a network of 11 health centers with 30 doctors in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. Swiss Medical Network currently operates 35 health centers in 13 cantons and further expands its outpatient care network by integrating the 11 health centers of Xundheitszentrum. The private hospital group is thus not only strengthening its position in the field of outpatient primary care, but also underlining its strategic orientation to expand its integrated healthcare offerings.
Wineus successfully managed the entire buy-side process on behalf of Swiss Medical Network.
