Wineus advised Swiss Visio SA on the acquisition of Gutsehen.ch AG
Swiss Visio SA (“Swiss Visio”), the eyecare network covering all ophthalmic specialties and surgical procedures, acquired Gutsehen.ch AG (“Gutsehen“), an ophthalmic clinic located in Zurich’s prestigious Haus zur Pyramide and in Pfäffikon. Gutsehen’s founder, Dr. med. Christoph von Ziegler, will continue to work on site as a surgeon. Swiss Visio is a part of Swiss Medical Network SA (“Swiss Medical Network”), the second-largest group of private hospitals in Switzerland.
With the most recent acquisition, Swiss Visio expands its offering into the German speaking part of Switzerland.
Wineus advised both Swiss Visio and Swiss Medical Network as buy-side adviser during the entire transaction process.
